Lovely food! Tried for the first time today as we were visiting Lake District, lovely, kind staff and good prices. Would definitely recommend this chip shop for fresh chips out of chip shops on this street, stands out for quality! Will be returning to Lees!

Visited a few times now, trying both the fish and chips and Chinese food. Their chips, gravy sauce and chicken chow mein are all lovely and would definitely go there over the other fish and chip / Chinese takeaways in Cockermouth. When visiting we’ve had free portions of mini vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers which were also very nice.

Stayed in Cockermouth Premier Inn and due to COVID the restaurant was closed. Found this hidden gem of a takeaway which was only 1 mile away. The food was fantastic, I can not rate them highly enough. Keep up the great work. This is exactly what Chinese Takeaway Food should taste like. A roaring 5 Stars from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very polite service, good fish and chips, the best gravy in Cumbria it must be made with spare ribs /onions etc.. it is a meal on its own.

The loveliest people on the entire planet. Also, the seafood was delicious! If sharks could walk they would come here to eat fish. They will probably develop legs in this town soon.
Food is beautiful , chips are good kids loved them , curry sauce is good aswell not too peppery or spicy just right good location aswell if you enjoying a day out or night this place is worth a visit

Just picked up delicious Chinese food for my family from Lee’s it was all amazing we all loved it and would definitely recommend. Will be going again when we come to our holiday lodge thank you to all the staff for our lovely meal.

This place ALWAYS serves excellent fish. Have always used them since they left the restaurant near the Globe. Their Chinese meals are not bad either.
Always had good food from here, whether it's Chinese or fish and chips. Cash only though so don't forget to get some out!
